Bipolar disorder is a mental disorder also known as bipolar affective disorder. This illness is described by periods of depression and elevated mood. This elevated mood is recognized as hypomania or sometime only called as mania. It’s depends upon the rigorousness. During this phase person behave abnormally. He acts happy, energetic, angry or irritable.
But as per the latest study, some of the patients said that yoga has helped them in reducing this mania. Some of the patients of who use yoga for both mental & physical strength, according to them it helped them in making calm & relaxed.
But one thing I want to suggest to my reader is that practicing yoga in guidance with trained yoga specialist/teacher will be more beneficial for you. It will also avoid injuries. So practice yoga and enjoy mental & physical strength.
