Guptasana is also called as Hidden posture, Gupta Asan. This
pose is similar to Swastikasana or Siddhasana,
This pose is mainly dedicated to men’s. What is Guptasana.
Gupt mean hidden or secret. The main connection between the two names is as
hidden position because when it’s performed by men, his genitals are hidden
between the gap shaped between the leg and the other.
It is very tricky to recognize the connection between
their two names.

How to Perform:
First sit straight & fold your legs, with one heel just
placed above the penis and the other heel is placed just over it. (See the
image above)
Place your hands on the knees.
Press
the chin against the chest and focus your look towards the midpoint of your
eyebrows , same as Shambavi Mudra or you may stay the head straight without twisting
with your eyes closed for meditation

It is an ideal position for
opening hips.
Stretches and elongates ankles, hips and thighs.
